Data Handling Rules

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Kaka VPN respects the boundaries of user data when users access the official website, user panel, and subscription services. This policy explains what information the service processes, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and how users can request access, correction, or deletion. Using the service means that you have read this policy; if you disagree with it, please stop using the relevant features.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. The system stores the username, securely processed password credentials, account status, and subscription status for authentication, account management, and service delivery. Passwords are never stored in a directly readable form.

After a plan is purchased, the system stores the order number, selected plan, payment status, refund status, creation time, and necessary reconciliation information to confirm the transaction, provide the subscription, process refunds, and resolve order disputes. To enforce traffic allowance rules, the system also processes the total traffic consumed and remaining allowance associated with the subscription. This data is used for service metering and not to analyze specific access content.

When you visit the Kaka VPN website, servers and analytics tools may process page addresses, referring pages, browser type, device category, language settings, error information, and network addresses. This information is used to understand page performance, investigate issues, maintain security, and improve content structure. It is not combined with analysis of content accessed through international routes.

No-Logs Principle and Connection Data

Kaka VPN does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing history that could reveal specific access content, or create destination lists organized by user. While subscription services are running, the system may temporarily process information necessary to establish connections, select routes, meter traffic, and identify technical faults, but it does not retain this information as a long-term connection history.

After a connection ends, temporary data needed for real-time routing is discarded. If the system detects an incident affecting service security, order metering, or infrastructure stability, necessary event records are retained only for the period required for investigation and response, with access restricted. These records protect the service and address faults; they are not used to track normal user activity.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and security settings, allowing selected states to persist when users switch pages. Analytics may also use similar technologies to distinguish repeat visits and create aggregated data.

Users can clear or restrict this data through their browser settings. Clearing login credentials will require logging in again; disabling necessary storage may prevent the user panel, order flow, or preference settings from working properly. Kaka VPN does not use these technologies to read other files on the device.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

Kaka VPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are completed by the relevant payment channel or transaction processor, which may handle payment account information, transaction credentials, and risk verification data under its own rules. Kaka VPN generally receives only the payment result, transaction identifier, and status information needed to confirm an order, and does not store complete payment credentials controlled directly by the payment channel.

When third parties process data in their possession, their published privacy rules apply. Kaka VPN exchanges necessary information with relevant service providers only as needed to complete payments, refunds, reconciliation, security reviews, or applicable obligations. Order information is not used to sell personal data.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are kept for the period needed to complete transactions, reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Website analytics are primarily used for aggregated analysis and retained only as needed to maintain security and assess page performance. Once the processing purpose has ended, relevant data is deleted, de-identified, or unlinked from the account.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account information through the ticket portal. To prevent someone else from acting on the user’s behalf, account control may need to be verified before processing. After a deletion request is completed, data no longer needed in the account will be removed. Records still covered by an order dispute, refund process, security investigation, or legal retention requirement will be handled according to these rules after the relevant matter ends.

This policy may be updated when service processes, technical measures, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. If a change materially affects data processing, Kaka VPN will provide appropriate notice through the official website or user panel. Continued use of the updated service means that you acknowledge the revised policy.
